Who built this? The developer webpage and app support websites on the App Store are invalid URLs. The process to create an account is horrible. “Server error” upon trying to validate new account. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have tried redownloading app and resetting password. Keeps telling me server error or doesn’t recognize my device. App is worthless.
Very concerned since we will be in Vegas and would be nice to use the app.

The app and this company is very unprofessional. They show on the app that they’re nationwide. After making an appointment to be picked up in NYC and having it confirmed on the app, they called 8 hours before pickup to tell me they don’t have service in NYC.  Maybe you shouldn’t show you’re nationwide on your app when you’re not. 
Avoid this company like the plague!

Love this company, great limo service in Las Vegas.  HOWEVER, the app is worthless. It crashes, impossible to complete a booking, won’t allow simple clicks like hotel names, etc.  Same for mobile site. I’m currently in Vegas and have wasted an hour trying to book on the app or mobile site, gave up on both and will call directly.  The booking was easy from my regular PC at home before the trip, but can’t do a thing w my iPhone.

Good Limo Service Terrible App.
Don't even bother to try.
I deleted it after several attempts to register.
Their web version does not work on iPhone either.

Out and about with some friends that were visiting town from overseas... With this app I was able to find and book a ride right away... This is so efficient, and convenient, my ride was there in less than 5 mins.
Thumbs up!!!
