See above writeup.  Bluetooth shows connected in settings on phone, but app is not connected.  Cannot control chair via the app.

C’mon, folks—this is a $6000+ chair.  Please fix this issue.

While it worked for my father it seems that even though my Bluetooth is connected the app won’t function. This is especially disappointing as the conventional controller has decided to stop working

We love the chair!!  But there's a hang up with app.  The chair IS connecting by way of Bluetooth; and music is playing without a problem.  But the Presidential app isn't connecting to the control chair functions.  Just says, "sorry, the device is not connected"...but it is! Please help?

Was worried this would stink when I saw reviews.  To contrary, works very well! Haven’t found anything to dislike.
