Blood pressure categories shown in the app (Optimal, Normal, High Normal, Hypertension I / II / III, Low) follow the widely accepted ESC/ESH 2023 classification used by healthcare professionals worldwide. These labels are provided for reference only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor about your blood pressure results.
