However, it’s no longer working recently on my iPhone. A window pops up that shows “Logging in” but there’s no progress from there. I’ve even tried deleting and downloading the app again but it’s still the same. ### 2/5 — Glitch *2021-03-11, version 2.1* Very glitchy app ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Too difficult to use so gave up *2024-04-28, version 2.21.0* When you select your order it's totally unclear what is and is not included in each drink. For example the Panda Milk Tea, the photo shows that is includes Panda Pearl but when you select it you then go to a screen where it seems that Panda Pearl is extra cost. So does this mean pearls are included and you can add extra, or not included at all? There's no way to know. Not wanting to get a drink either without pearls or with too many pearls, I simply gave up and just bought from another tea store. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t load *2023-03-15, version 2.21.0* The app is great, when you can actually open it. It can sometimes take upwards of 5 minutes of it just left open for it to crash. Often have to delete and reinstall just to get it working which is super inconvenient ### 1/5 — The app cannot connect Facebook to log in the account *2023-02-02, version 2.21.0* The app cannot connect Facebook to log in the account anymore. I still have more than 20 AUD in my account. I hope this app can be upgraded ### 1/5 — No way to cancel before it’s accepted *2022-02-02, version 2.10* There’s no way to cancel an order even if it hasn’t been accepted yet. You don’t prompted a second time if the correct location and order were made like other order apps. Somehow I picked the incorrect store despite searching for my store and called the store 3 times to cancel it. The first call was before it had even been accepted, second in progress and the 3rd that they picked up it had just been completed. When the lady picked up she said we don’t pick up phones. Too busy. You picked up that one maybe if you picked up the first one this wouldn’t be an issue. You have to upload money first as credit and when you get locked out of the app, you can’t use your own money. I’m so done negotiating with the girls at the store that I did add the topping and it’s just the app that drops it out. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I love that I can preorder from my local store and within 5-7 mins, my order is ready. No waiting in lines! I think it could improve in terms of saving your basket. Thought I just flag the developers! ### 3/5 — Great app but needs to be worked on *2018-05-04, version 1.0.23* While the idea of ordering before you walk in store is great, the app itself isn’t very intuitive. It’s not easy to navigate around, it just feels messy. On my very first order it said it was ready to be picked up in [eg. 5 minutes], and when the timer was up it said “your order has been cancelled by the store”. I went in store to check my order which had been made and put to the side. The app really needs a good technical and visual make-over.
