Just an FYI, the Sprouts Miller latte option in the app doesn’t have a Flavors option to add syrup when other drinks do and other locations Latte options have a flavor selection.

I give up on these guys. Their app sucks. mobile orders get sent to wrong locations. it happens so frequently they have a laminated QR code at the counter  to “request” a refund. The employees have no empowerment to make you the coffee unless you pay again. The QRcode form continuously kicks you off. So getting a refund is nearly impossible. Sorry PRESS! After a year of being loyal I’m walking away because your customer Service and app sucks so bad!

Ever since they completely redid the app it is horrendously glitchy, slow and makes it extremely hard to order.

Every iteration of this app is worse and worse. I’m ultra loyal been going for years customer and this new version 1/2026 is having me leave this review because now it is just awful. They clearly haven’t talked to how people use the app and it just gets less streamed& more user steps. People are generally in a rush to get their coffee. Driving even. You can’t even READ the new app the font is so small. Massive fail team.
