Really slow and not easy to use. My previous Press account from almost 10 years ago is now gone (along with reward points) because it used my Apple ID to log in. I can’t create a new account because my number is already on file. When I have successfully used the app, my order doesn’t print at the shop now and I have to show them my order to have them make my drink, which defeats the purpose of having an app. Press has continuously tried to save money by constantly switching to new and cheaper platforms and now it has become untenable. It does not apply rewards. They took rewards away; if this is supposed to be a customer centric app, it’s by far the worst thing I’ve ever used and again continues to hurt even the brand of Press Coffee. they have this hashtag about no such thing as bad press, and that is absolutely false. there’s tons of bad press and this app is awful. they’re lucky that the actual physical location has a bunch of great people because this app experience, if I were somebody who wasn’t from here and already known about the coffee, I wouldn’t go through the trouble. If I could give this app a negative score I would. And even that would be an understatement.
