But the cons outweigh the app usefulness. -Loyalty points constantly glitch and “can’t be redeemed at this time” or “no offers are available” even though I have more than enough points to redeem for a half off coupon - which leads to … -The half off coupons are basically useless in the app. Everytime I try to use it the coupon tries to attach to one of the ingredients in the waffle instead of the full waffle - I.e. - Cristo…powdered sugar - coupon tries to go below this but there’s not cost for the PS so it just shows a $0.00 discount - instead of discounting the waffle itself. -You have no ability to take things off or substitute items on the menu waffles. I usually get an Elvis with no bananas and I add Nutella. I have no ability to do this on the app. I feel like the app - and actually the website as well, since they are basically the same - could use some improvements to make it benefit customers more. ### 5/5 — Best. Waffles. Ever. *2020-11-04, version 1.0.0* I recently moved back to Dallas and make it a point to have these waffles at least once a week! I love that I can order on this app and go pick up my food without waiting in the crazy lines.
