Fabiana Montilva, Nutritional Therapist and Yoga Instructor, started her nutrition and wellness journey when she was a ballet dancer at the young age of 12, when she noticed her toxic relationship with food (self restrictions + binge eating) due to the sport she was practicing. Currently, Fabiana works to educate people on how she made healthy eating and exercising, easy and accessible for her. Focusing on people with past and current eating disorders, she wishes to help others find a good relationship with food and understand nutrients and wellness to a deeper level.
