## What is Pressure Noted?

Pressure Noted is an app that allows users to monitor blood pressure using a simple input form.

Track your blood pressure data by filling mandatory fields:
-Systolic blood pressure
-Diastolic blood pressure
-Pulse (optional).
-Date & Hour of measure.

You can also enable additional features to your records by using toggle buttons:
-Note - this button will allow you to attach a note with a brief information about how you feel.
-Alert - this function will mark your record with a red bell icon. You then will be able to easily access your "Alert" record in the results section.

You can track your records in myResults section. All results are marked with colors to allow you visually distinguish your systolic pressure ranges. You can also sort your results from highest or newest. The "Alerts only" tab will display only records that were previously marked by you. 

Delete your records by swiping left.
