And it is, So the one star is for the app. However, this company keeps changing their prices. For more than 7 months I've been a prestige costumer and the cab drivers always charged me $15 to my location of travel. But, for some reason, over the past couple of weeks they have been charging me $20-$23 to the same location of travel. Dispatcher does not take complaints seriously. Drivers refuse to pick up at pickup address they want you to cross in middle of streets. The app worked well for a while and then it just stopped. It won't connect to the internet and sometimes doesn't even allow me to call the phone number from the app. . . Also, with the app I loved that you could track your car and the entire ride. However, some of the drivers are rude and won't follow simple driving requests. I've even had one driver refuse to let me out the car!! Using the app I noticed that the drivers charge me more than usual. I've been taking the same trip to and from for the last 2 years and have always paid $12-13 ($14 in extreme snow). Now the drivers are trying to charge me $15-20 in regular weather conditions!... I'm disappointed that a company that I've spent so much money on and so many years with would treat a loyal customer this way...... Although I am having a big issue with the app crashing. This is repeatable with any conditions. Everything is fine up until you are assigned a driver and they’re “On the Way.” As soon as it starts tracking the cab, it doesn’t even start calculating it’s ETA; when it unexpectedly crashes. If you reopen the app it will stay up for about 1.5~2sec and then crash again, yet the good news is that your assigned ride isn’t cancelled and the cab arrives as usual. I don’t know if this is occurring for the entire product base, but on my iPhone 6 running iOS 11.0.3 it occurs every time consistently. Maybe it resolves after updating iOS to the latest version, but I don’t see why? Nonetheless it’s a great app, feels good to support a local business instead of a national conglomerate, and most importantly gets me where I need to go. Drivers are 99% of the time very courteous, arrive on time or earlier, drive safely but with haste, and demonstrate patience; especially fares with multiple occupants. Over time if you are a regular customer you will tend to start seeing the same drivers and create a great business relationship at the grass roots level, which is always the best way in my opinion.
