The new app sucks it’s lay out design is horrible. Before I never had problems logging in to the app now I do!

I have reached out to them feedback wise multiple times now - The original app was outdated visually sure but who cares it worked - The new app is all over the place and SLOW half the time I cannot even log in. I genuinely dont understand how a purely cosmetic app update caused this many issues. There are not even any new features! Please figure it out or I am pretty much done with Prestige.

this improvement is unnecessary and way too much going on each screen I'm overwhelmed and overstimulated if its not broke dont fix it yall ruined the app experience and waaaay too much to get verified go back to the original app yall always doing to much cant even leave a proper review it doesnt take to punctuation yall are annoying for doing too much its glitchy and because I left a bad review it won’t update this bank is a joke I cant wait to be done with yall

I absolutely love this bank!  I’ve been a member for about 5 or 6 years and every experience has been a good one.  The employees and customer service are the best in the banking business, always courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I now live in Missouri and continuing my service with Prestige was the best choice for me!

The bank and the people are great. The app is awful. I don’t have a bank account with them I just have a loan/credit card. So to pay my bill every month I have to go through a ridiculous amount of steps. I shouldn’t have to click on a separate page then fill out a form. Name. Email, member ID. Etc and it’s really tedious to have to go in and put in my bank account information every month. 
The app itself hers a 1/5 stars from me.

The app improved a way better. At the beginning I was a little confused because my password changed. I tried three times and the account was blocked. One of the employees helped me and now it's working great. I'm so excited because this new version has ID touch password on iPhones. The experience is easier and more competitive against other banks. Thanks guys for improving the app. Having a good app is a "must have" for any bank or credit union in 2019. A+
