I am so impressed by the quality and freshness of the flowers. I don’t normally like flowers by post but Prestige Flowers have changed my opinion. Some buds failed to bloom, and the whole bunch wilted and died within 4 days. I was not offered a refund as they argued that I should have flagged this within 3 days of purchase.
