Awesome tool for loan officers, realtors and clients.  You can check if a client is approved for a certain property and issue a pre approval letter instantaneously right on your phone.  The client and realtor can do the same if you give them permission.  The best available tool for weekends when I am not always around a computer and clients are looking for updated pre-approval letters.  It’s a must have!

Love this app. We’re able to get an edge on other offers by submitting ours first and on the weekends. Unlike other apps, it does more than run scenarios. IT ACTUALLY GENERATES THE PREAPROVAL LETTER NEEDED TO SUBMIT AN OFFER! Such an advantage and extra layer of service that’s well-appreciated in this market.
