## What is Presto Parking?

Disponible en:
España:
-Alcobendas, Albacete, Aranjuez, Boadilla del Monte, Benalmádena, Caldes D´Estrac, Castro Urdiales, Elche, Haro, Irún, La Roda,  Manacor,Ourense, Puertollano.

Austria: Graz, Baden, Klagenfurt, Spittal an der Drau y en breve en muchas mas ciudades.

Regístrese y obtendrá las siguientes ventajas:
1) Activar, extender y finalizar tickets pagando solamente el tiempo justo.
2) Ahorro de tiempo: No hace falta acudir a un parquímetro, llevar monedas y
colocar un ticket en el coche. El controlador introduce su matrícula
para verificar si ha activado un ticket electrónico.
3) Ahorro de dinero, ya que se reduce el riesgo de recibir denuncias y
multas y el usuario paga solamente por el tiempo justo (entre el
tiempo mínimo y máximo definido por la ordenanza).
4) Empresas y autónomos pueden desgravar facilmente el coste de los
estacionamientos con la e-factura que se produce al final del mes.
4) Evitar multas costosas al recibir notificaciones en caso de recibir
denuncias o al finalizar los tickets.
5) Más tranquilidad y confort al poder prorrogar sus tickets esté dónde esté.
6) Puede optar por varias opciones de pago con tarjeta de crédito o débito en modo pre y pospago y PayPal.
7) Puede utilizar el Mapa para dejarse localizar y corregir la
posición de su coche para seleccionar la zona y tarifa correctamente.
8) Hay tarifas para todos los gustos, incluso tiene a su disposición una tarifa gratuita incluyendo 5 ticket cada mes sin coste alguno.
9) Usuarios pueden gestionar varias cuentas dentro de la misma app, para los estacionamientos corporativos pueden utilizar la cuenta de la empresa y para los estacionamientos privados pueden utilizar la cuenta propia.
10) Pago seguro independientemente del canal seleccionado, PRESTO-PARKING no memoriza ningún dato bancario del usuario.

This app barely works. I’m in Spain and it gives me notifications in German without the option to change the language. I requested parking for a maximum time of 2hrs and 14min, after finalizing the ticket it only gave me 35min and no option to extend it. I’ve tried it multiple times through out the day and it’s the same thing every time. Thankfully it doesn’t charge me the full price for that time and only the exact value but I can’t keep opening up the app every 35min to purchase ticket after ticket. Why give the option for 2hrs and then force the minimum after finalized the ticket. It’s more of an annoyance then anything. I just don’t want to have to worry about the time while traveling. The options make no sense. Also, it says there’s options in other languages in the App Store, but when in the app there’s no selection at all. I can’t even count how many times I went over the app itself. Now I’m just venting out of frustration. I wish there was more of an explanation.

Language: Now we have a new version, english is also available. In case you recaive still german messages, enter in www.prestoparking.com in your personal web account, there you can alter the  language sent from server. In case to user registers the service having the IOS in any other language than the offered ones the account language is set to default German. This is the reason behind your observation. Regarding the ticket issues: I think, you are stopping the ticket immediatelly, this is why you only get the mínimum.  If not, just send us a short video where we see what you are doing in the app when activating tickets.
