The app is next useless. I want to go from larches to the bus station can I find this route on the app? No is the answer it keeps wanting to take me to the hospital then the bus station. I know the bus goes straight to the bus station but the app doesn’t tell me that. This app needs serious review and improvement to customer service, get a grip preston

Checked bus on the live app, bus showing a long way off, so set off to bus stop a very short distance away but bus already at bus stop and pulling away!!
Restarted the app and bus still showing arriving at bus stop but bus had already left!!?….not very accurate

The app is alright but sometimes the bus’s tracked are behind like if I’m waiting for service 19 bus the app shows it is near bus station but the bus is already at the stop so I miss it because the app doesn’t show the right tracking information.

When scanning the ticket on the bus, some ticket scanners trigger the iPhone to start making a payment via Apple Pay. 
I wasn’t even able to scan my ticket today because the wallet kept opening. 

Tracker is inaccurate. Often a large delay - bus is way ahead of what is showing, sometimes busses disappear, or appear where there isn’t one… missed many busses thanks to that.

Payment for tickets involves going to a separate webpage because the app can’t do it alone. 

Tickets aren’t saved to the device so if you’re in a poor signal area (half of Preston if you’re on O2) then you can’t open the ticket. 

App is ok if used as a very rough guide to the bus timetable but that’s about it.
