However, this app restricts the file extensions that are supported making it less than useful for my purposes. Please let users decide which file extensions contain plain text regardless of the file extension. I have thousands of .tex files which makes it impractical to rename them all just to edit them and then have to rename them back. ### 5/5 — Exactly what the files app is missing *2024-03-02* I use a lot of plain text files and a lot of markdown files, and I wanted to have them sync in between my computers. I’m using iCloud and the file app which worked mostly well except for it can only read text files and can’t edit them. It’s exactly what the Files app is missing allows me to edit my plane text files and save some back and iCloud. The interface feels like it’s a native application. once installed, and you want to open a text file from iCloud in the Files app it will then be able to open in pretext app instead. ### 5/5 — Perfeito! *2024-02-23, version 1.1.0* Só o que faltava pro meu iPad Pro substituir meu notebook era um editor de texto. Biggest flaw here is you have to create/save a file before you do anything, rather than just start typing and save (or in my case don’t) later. So this won’t work for me.
