Flash sale button doesn’t work and when you click on the items price appears to be something different. When you click to “add to basket” nothing happens also. Tried to buy a pair of shoes in the sale which you had to use via the app. Nothing works, nothing will go into the basket and when you want to look at the sale again, you had to delete the app and start again! Add items to the basket and they do not show in the basket. I keep on trying to log in with my user and it keeps on re-loading the log in page. Schade, hätte mehr erwartet! ### 1/5 — Is Not working ☹️ *2021-01-17, version 1.4.3* The app is not working, I can’t topen anything 🙄. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Technische Katastrophe mit ultraschlechtem Kundenservice! *2025-09-05, version 1.36.21* Ich möchte davor warnen diese App zu nutzen um Schuhe in Barcelona (!!) zu bestellen. Ja genau, die Schuhe kommen aus Spanien, sind länger unterwegs - 10 Tage pro Strecke bei mir - und dann kosten die Retouren dementsprechend. 7.50 Euro pro Paar, wenn mehrere in einem Karton sich befinden, dann reduziert sich der Preis ein wenig. Das Bestellen in der App mag funktionieren, wenn auch mit technischen Einschränkungen. Richtig spaßig werden dann die Retouren, da setzt die Anwendung regelmäßig aus. Und das Beste zum Schluss. Direkt nach Ankunft der Schuhe ebendiese retourniert - und nach Ablauf von 30 Tagen keine Erstattung erhalten - trotz Bestätigung zur eingegangenen Retoure am Tag 20. Dann lieber in D kaufen auch wenn hier nicht alle Modelle zu finden sind. ### 1/5 — NO FUNCIONA *2025-05-22, version 1.36.21* Lleva un tiempo fallando. No añade los artículos a la cesta. Señores desarrolladores, memoricen este código que ustedes fuerzan al usuario a meterlo de memoria porque no se puede copiar en la pantalla PBPuhny1C , ya lo han logrado memorizar??? Ahora pídanle a su madre que lo memorice … no? No pidan a sus usuarios lo que no le pedirían a su madre, porque seguramente, los usuarios somos menos listos que ellas ### 1/5 — ESTA APP ES MALÍSIMA *2022-07-25, version 1.14.13* Para colgar del palo mayor al desarrollador de la app: cómo pueden hacer una app tan poco eficiente: no sirve para nada: la app va lentísima, se bloquea; no localiza los modelos que busco en el campo de búsqueda (cosa que no pasa en la página web)… En definitiva: imposible hacer la compra. Sólo crea frustración. He acabado borrando la app tanto de mi iphone como de mi iPad. Es lamentable. Le daría 0 estrellas pero 1 es lo mínimo que hay que dar. Y cero puntos a la empresa Pretty ballerinas por poner en la App Store una app de tan penosa calidad.
