It always sends two notifications when the new deal drops, which is excessive. One would suffice. (Edit: after leaving this review, it now gives me THREE notifications every night. This is even more excessive.) 2. The notifications come right at midnight (in my time zone), which is usually at least 10 seconds before the deal is actually available to view. I’d love if the notification could come 20 or 60 seconds later. ### 4/5 — Pretty alright *2025-06-15* The app is good, but I have two easily fixable complaints about the notifications: 1. I’d love if the notification could come 20 or 60 seconds later. ### 2/5 — Good app… unless a mehrathon is happing *2024-07-11, version 2.0* This app is great for getting a notification to click on every day to check out meh… unless a mehrathon is happening where new products come out every hour or more for a full day, because you will never know. It hides the countdown timer and banner that shows it is a mehrathon 🤬 I mean it is meh.com, so I’m not missing out on too much, but still this is needed functionality. If you are going to redirect every click on the product first for analytics, then you can figure this out. ### 2/5 — Clunky. To bad 😫 ### 4/5 — It's pretty ok *2019-04-02, version 1.2* So Meh has it right. Some of the deals are meh, some of them worse than meh, but once in a while the deal is rock solid. And the good deals go fast, so having it on your phone is necessary. There's nothing worse than seeing something you can't live without and seeing it sold out. The stories are fun, shipping's cheap and the comments are salty. It’s not Woot, but Woot isn’t Woot either. So what else do you want? But sometimes it’s just too meh trouble. —- I don’t remember writing the above, but now it’s 2023, and it seems that meh.com has changed the structure of its JSON output, and Pretty OK is no longer OK at all. Meh has apparently changed the formatting of their postings and the app no longer recognizes the code. All that comes up is “Error: The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format. It doesn't work unless connected to strong WiFi.
