I will have to sign up for a second account with a different email to even be able to view anything else on the app besides the sign up page. I have closed the app, made sure it’s up to date, and restarted my phone, but it is the same page every time. Impossible to see promotions and rewards. ### 1/5 — Customer complaints from an actual store *2019-05-08, version 4.0* I work at a Pretzelmaker, I would love to suggest that customers get the app, however it’s very difficult to use. If you can manage to sign up, you can absolutely earn points. Earning points through the register is pretty easy. The problem my store has is that the app advertises a function to scan receipts in order to earn points. This way, if a customer doesn’t want to give their phone number to the cashier they don’t have to. Phenomenal idea. Unfortunately, that function doesn’t exist on the app. I’ve tried clicking on EVERYTHING I can in order to find this function. We’ve also experienced problems with customers having used their landline phone number to sign up with our old rewards program. Because they didn’t use a cell phone, their points won’t migrate over. We’ve also had complaints from customers that used to be regulars, saying that they don’t have a smart phone or the ability to download an app. They no longer come to our store because they can’t claim rewards anymore. We understand that Pretzelmaker wants to give the customer the ability to not disclose personal information to a cashier, however the new app has alienated so many people. We would love to see improvements in the app with functionality and reliability. We want to promote the app, but we have an issue with asking our customers to use something that doesn’t work as advertised. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t let u in *2019-04-26, version 4.0* I had this app and it wouldn’t let me in so I deleted it and then redownloaded it but now it won’t let me sign in or anything. Says gender is not included in the list. Well there isn’t anything to do with gender. So now it’s free Pretzel day and I can’t get into or use the app or get any of my other points from before since it won’t let me in. App has been ruined ### 1/5 — Can’t signup for the rewards process... *2019-04-20, version 4.0* “Gender is not included in this list” error when attempting to signup, which prevents you from signing up. Try to start a new account in hopes that will help. Doesn’t because my numbers already used. Can’t place a mobile order. Tried delivery & pick up, app won’t take my CC not my Apple Card or my Amex. After several tries my visa charges, but then gives an error message the store doesn’t take mobile orders to come inside. Once inside, the store doesn’t honor deals. The app always has trouble loading offers. Which doesn’t really matter, my local store NEVER knows there is any & doesn't give them. Just a COMPLETE WASTE of time, energy, & gas. I’ve logged in, reloaded, looked for updates, etc. I still can’t get my rewards to open which is frustrating. It is stuck on the screen that notifies that rewards isn’t available at all locations. I clicked the button saying to not pop up again, but there was no way to submit it. It looked seriously zoomed in or something along those lines.
