Great APP to get my storyboards done
Just great would love if they link the file app and not just photos and maybe even next step sample video with key frame option
This is great but..
Please give the option to create an account, add the ability to add "Camera" to the shot list, and add a One-Time payment option. With the right features... I would happily pay $80 for lifetime access.
Almost brilliant
I’ve been using this app for about a week now and I love it. As a director who can draw to a very basic level rather a storyboard artist, I can see Previs Shot being invaluable as way to get my ideas out. Workflow feels fluid, the app is simple to use. The layer function and ability to import images is fantastic.
A few of bugs here and there are what prevent me from giving this a 5 star rating. Here are the bugs I’ve encountered so far:
1) if I draw from outside the top of the page down, the line I’ve drawn will disappear.
2) I’m not able to put spaces between words when naming the sequence (slugline). So instead of it reading “INT. SUBURBAN HOUSE - BEDROOM - DAY” I have to use underscores so it ends up reading like “INT. SUBURBAN_HOUSE_-_BEDROOM - DAY”
3) There is no way to duplicate the first shot in a sequence without it also duplicating the sequence header. You also can’t delete the header without also deleting the shot you’ve duplicated. There’s no workaround for this other than screenshotting your drawing and then importing it as an image. But this disrupts your workflow.
To summarise, I’m in love with this app and I want to upgrade to the annual subscription. But until the bugs are fixed I’ll likely hold off for now.

Not good
Layers don’t work, the only drawings tools are the ones you can find in Notes app, importing images doesn’t work either
Superb and simple storyboarding software
I’ve only been using this 20 minutes, and realised it is excellent. I can get storyboards done fast, the drawing tools are excellent and the whole interface is easy and professional to use. I love it and highly recommend it.
