Customers are not receiving confirmation texts or emails. Customer service is basically an email you send them and wait and see if they respond. Still waiting on 3 emails that I’ve sent.

L’application est très intuitive, et très efficaces, 
Pour une utilisation simple il n’y a que du positif.
Cependant je vois quelques défaut pour qu’elle devienne parfaite.

1 - l’abonnement payant est à mon sens trop cher pour ce que ça apporte 

2 - l’impossibilité de mettre des horaires de travail qui commencent en journée et qui termine la nuit est vraiment dommage, par exemple, ma société ouvre à 15h et ferme à 2h du matin, mais l’application ne veux pas accepter ses horaires.

3 - la possibilité de laisser le clients choisir de combien d’heure il a besoin pourrait être excellent dans beaucoup d’activités (t’elle que la mienne) et également proposer de rajouter des extra au RDV, je m’explique : 
Je suis ingénieur du son, je pratique l’enregistrement et le mixage (pour faire simple) 
J’aurais adoré le fait que le clients puisse par lui même sélectionner le nombre d’heure qu’il souhaite et si il veux oui ou non un ou plusieurs mix, je payerais volontiers un abonnement pour ce genre d’ajout !
Ainsi que rajouter la possibilité d’avoir un URL personnalisé compris dans un abonnement, se serais génial,

Bref excellente application, à 3 petit détails de la perfection ! 💫

L’avis est très bien. Intuitif. Il est possie de remonter les difficultés que nous rencontrons par mail, et ça j’aime beaucoup, car il prend tout en compte et est très réactif ! Pas cher pour son prix ! Je suis professionnel et j’avoue que cela change tout ! Merci beaucoup ! Ne cessez de vous développer !

Bonjour 
L appli est très bien et facile d utilisation.
 Je note que ça bug depuis la mise en place du service sms. Quand je modifie un créneau d un client et le valide cela ne prend pas, il faut s y reprendre à 3 reprises pour valider la modification. Et le temps d affichage de tous les patients prend du temps. J ai toujours peur de perdre mes rdv…
J aime beaucoup cette appli mais le prix mensuel reste cher, principal frein pour que je poursuive l utilisation :(
