In the beginning there were many challenges getting my information added/updated, but application support has been phenomenal in helping me resolve any issues I’ve experienced, up to and including today. Yesterday, I was not able to add my 2nd booster shot to my current vaccination status in the app. So I emailed application support, and within 24 hours they were able to resolve my reported problem.
