Guardé mi tarjeta PREX durante varios meses sin usarla y hoy, al intentar utilizarla, descubrí que no tenía saldo. Al revisar los movimientos, vi que en octubre se hicieron transferencias no autorizadas por un total de USD 1.900.

Desde PREX me informaron que solo hay un mes para reclamar, por lo que no recuperaré el dinero. Si bien la atención fue amable, la respuesta fue que el caso no tiene solución.

Situación grave y muy decepcionante. Comparto mi experiencia para que otros usuarios estén atentos.
