Updating my review to apologize to Prezzee team! My previous issues was actually user error on my end, not a problem with the app itself. Everything is working great now! Thank you, for taking the time to reach out to me to address any issues I had though. Please, forgive me.

I received a gift voucher that unfortunately didn’t work when I tried to use it. It was frustrating and embarrassing, especially as it was intended as a gift. I expected the voucher to be valid and usable without any issues. Really disappointing experience, and I’d recommend checking that vouchers actually work before purchasing them as gifts.I tried to work out with customer services but they were not interested in trying to resolve the problem ,

Customer Service sucks!!! Of course you can’t physically talk to anyone. Then you have to wait for long periods of time for someone to start messaging you. They just sit there non responsive. I’m never buying a gift card again if I have to get it through Prezzee.
