Price Catcher app is made for anyone who wants to "catch" an item's price for tracking and comparing.

The easiest way to catch an item's price is by scanning its barcode first. If none, you can still quickly add the item manually.

After you catch the item, you are now ready to catch its price using the simple touch-based forms.

Great concept but falls short.  Crashes when you try to manually enter bar code number and cannot find many items. Fix this and it will be very useful.

I've just downloaded this app and went around my house testing it out by scanning barcodes on grocery items. So far it scanned one bar code (box of Shirriff Lemon Pie mix). Nothing else scanned and when I tried entering in something manually from scratch by hitting the "+" sign, after that, I select the "blank item" to fill in info and the app just crashes and closes out.
