All seems like a good idea. Email link won’t work to verify myself. 
Won’t find my address so can’t book. I’ll stick to using the phone like the old days

Booked a taxi on line 4 days before we needed it to go to a wedding the taxi was 15 mins late

On a quiet day this app is brilliant and yet I've never been able to get it to work on a busy one. On a Saturday night I can only ever get “the whirling wheel of doom” Im pretty sure they just turn it off!! 
Oh, and never had an app that I’ve had to confirm my identity and log back into so often.

A good app that’s easy to use for a awesome local company, only suggestion is that I think you should be able to tip after the journey is over!
