Challenging to use, lack of a decent user interface. Has this become vaporware? **Developer response:** Hello there. We appreciate the feedback but no, we are not vaporware. We can monitor as many products as you can submit. We don't have any ads and offer low-cost price monitor from most online stores. Once you have completed our on-boarding process to verify users with a valid payment method, our price tracking and Web Engineers review your items and monitoring requests and make sure you get daily price history and price drop alerts based on your item tracking settings. We provide a solution for people who just want to get good deals with a few clicks, but we require users provide valid billing information before we process any monitoring requests including during the free trial. Our service is highly rated on TrustPilot and other platforms and we would appreciate the opportunity to earn you good review. You can reach out to us at anytime within your Glass It account, or without an account to ask questions about our practices or about price tracking for the items you send us from Home Depot or elsewhere. I just bought it when the alert came in from Glass It about the discount. Thank you, would highly recommended! ### 5/5 — Great app for people looking to pay a fair price. *2024-09-22* I have been looking to purchase a few items, and do not have the time to search for decent prices, I dislike overpaying for any items. I added the items I wanted to buy and within two weeks, the app advised of a reduction on one of the items and, for the other item it advised a competitor having a sale. Therefore I managed to purchase both items at better prices without spending any of my time, the app did it for me.
