On its very first use I scanned a product which is available from many retailers for about $25. This app provided only two "best price" options one being Walmart and the other eBay, each for the same product at $39.99. That's about 159% of the regular price on the product. It just instantly takes a picture. It does not wait for you to point at and line up a barcode and then hit the scan button. The second you hit the scan button, it takes a picture. The app needs to let you see the bar code through the camera and then let you hit scan. It does not do this. So you have to set up a separate tracker notification for each retailer and product. 4) it finds the same product retailer combination multiple times, so you have to create a tracker notification for the same retailer multiple times. 5) the results don’t list the retailer, so you have to randomly select your product multiple times from the search results to try to find the retailer you want to track. 6) it the product at two retailers (listed 5-6 times) but it didn’t find the product at a dozen other retailers (that the app says it searches) even though I can find this product quickly at more than 10-12 retailers. 7) there is no way to scan the bar code if you have a photo of it. 8) if you search for the brand and product number, the results are useless. This app stinks, both from a utility and user experience perspective. I can only imagine it works okay for general searches and not specific products by brand.
