Sometimes it will count rides and sometimes it won’t . I stopped on “D” Cannot find on where to begin stores starting with the letter “D” When the alphabet list shows up it only takes me to letter “C” Would be helpful to have the alphabet in a row and just be able to it a certain letter and the stores listed under that. I contacted support and submitted the receipt, but after over two weeks there’s still no progress. Follow-ups only get a generic “please be patient” response. Unreasonably slow and unreliable for a cashback app. **Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to share this, and we’re really sorry for the delay. That’s not the experience we want for our members. Most purchases track automatically, but when a receipt review is needed it can take longer depending on the retailer’s verification process. That said, two weeks without a meaningful update is longer than it should be. They WILL deny you your money EVEN WHEN YOU FOLLOW THE RULES! *2025-04-15, version 2.9.206* I made a purchase through Wayfair using this company. I did NOT use ANY coupons. I did NOT go through any other program. I did NOT use a VPN. I did NOT cancel my order. I did NOT return the couch. I DID make a purchase within 24 hours of activating the price.com link. I DID have an EMPTY cart before going through price.com. I did NOT break ANY rules. I waited the allotted time for my cashback to clear ($148.49) but, the money was NOT in my account. Turns out price.com marked the purchase as “CANCELED”. I wrote price.com and asked them about what happened and showed them the PROOF that I made the purchase and followed the rules. I received back a canned answer of LIES claiming I didn’t follow one of the above rules. I wrote back telling them that all of that was UNTRUE and I followed the rules. It has been almost a week and they STILL have not responded. In short, AVOID price.com!!!!! They will LIE just to get out of paying you the money you are OWED! I JUST WANT THE MONEY I AM OWED BECAUSE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!! ### 1/5 — Orders do not track *2025-01-28, version 2.9.186* No tracking, waste of time ### 1/5 — They don’t pay what they promise . *2024-05-05* I spent a fortune at Walmart on pet items and other things that are payable. I downloaded the app and it will not let me create an account (gives gateway error). When I search for an item, it takes forever to load. I had invested a lot of time and effort into using the app and accumulating cashback, only to have it all wiped out. Customer support was unhelpful and provided no clear reason for why this happened. This feels like a huge breach of trust, and I can't recommend this app to anyone looking for reliable cashback services.
