I have found Pricefinder does not have enough up to date information and is crippling me when I have a siting appointment with limited data. I have also just found out that if a property has never been listed on Domain.com.au that relevant data will not appear for this property. This product was sold to us by our domain rep and we were not told about the limited data. Nobody from pricefinder will contact us about our subscription and this to me as a business owner is unacceptable. Because this product is also owned by Domain it has left a bad taste about all of Domain.com.au products and services. I would highly not recommend this service to anybody in the real estate industry and I have never written a bad review before about any company. But this is the worst customer service I have encountered. I don’t blame the Domain reps because they are amazing. I blame the limited training Pricefinder must give them on their product. I feel we have been totally misrepresented by Pricefinder and if I could give a zero star rating I would.

I have ceased using the platform because of this reason. You guys really need to sort this out else you are doomed. The inflexibility and lack of intuition your search engine has - means every property search is a horrendous time sink. I’ve swapped to RP data. Let me know when it’s fixed.

Since it’s upgrade this app has been extremely frustrating to work with. Previously, you were able to enter the exact address and receive the information required. As it is now it is too time-consuming therefore rendering it useless for me.

when i searched in the search bar for 112 Avoca Dr Avoca Beach and it brought up 110 and called that 6 hunts lane. i then searched the whole of avoca dr and 112 was there with the right information. The search bar is supposed to help speed up searching yet i had to search the whole street and scroll. No use for the app if its going to take that long. other sites are quicker.

Have to put in full street name before the right suggestion pops up - if spelling is out, they search won’t work. Use to be able just to put start of street name and hit search and it would give you a few options to them choose from. This is same with the desktop website.

It’s an easy to use APP. I like the fresh look and the map view. Property monitor is very useful witch allows me to follow the status of my favourite properties. It will be even better, If there are more functions like the desktop version.

Signed up to investor subscription for $175 per month. First two properties lacked any proprietor data and price information was inaccurate - ie large declines in value. 
Response from company was
1) Vic doesn’t provide proprietor data (they don’t state this on sign up page)
2) Inaccuracies come government reports. “Not our problem”

In a nutshell the data they sell is available online for free. They are a disreputable company with a poor product which requires 30 days notice to cancel. Don’t even consider them

I find pricefinder very useful. Couple of drawbacks are you can’t right comments against a property when preparing a Cma and the other is I would love to see an easy option to do up a Cma on my phone so when I’m out with a client I can send them something immediately. Other then that I use it everyday!

Since the new version has been implemented, the search function for properties is so horrendously bad, that it nearly renders the whole app pointless.

At least 50% of the times, the new search function does not shortlist the relevant property for which you have searched. You are then forced to search the road name generically and individually scroll through, in many cases, hundreds of addresses, before reaching the relevant property.

This was never an issue with the previous version of the Pricefinder phone app, and has only emerged since the interface has changed. It is extremely frustrating.
