I’ve had to get out of the checkout line multiple times because the app hadn’t loaded my membership by the time the cashier asks me for it. I’m fed up with dealing with these bugs. Please give us the option to download our membership to Apple wallet so we don’t have to rely on a unreliable app. ### 2/5 — Keeps logging out *2026-03-23, version 3.3.2* While it’s convenient to always have my membership card in my phone, the fact that every time I go to a store and open the app, it’s logged out, which makes it somewhat useless if efficiency was the goal here. I have noticed that other people spend a minute on their phone because of this as well. This creates a poor user experience, especially if one has no mobile data or WIFI. The app also blocks screenshots of the membership card, so users cannot rely on a saved image as a backup.
