There’s tons of people who can help you. ### 2/5 — Keeps logging out *2026-03-23, version 3.3.2* While it’s convenient to always have my membership card in my phone, the fact that every time I go to a store and open the app, it’s logged out, which makes it somewhat useless if efficiency was the goal here. I have noticed that other people spend a minute on their phone because of this as well. Ever since Covid they don’t give physical membership cards anymore forcing you to use the app. You can’t show screenshots either of your digital membership card. I was waiting in line to check out, the app refused to load just stayed on the blue intro screen. I was forced to get out of line, tried to close and reopen the app several times. Had to reboot my phone and spend a good 5 minutes trying to get the app to actually load properly so I can show my membership. Easy enough to use. The slide to add feature needs tweaking because the gesture isn’t working correctly. Cumbersome and useless. Muy bien :) ### 4/5 — Está mejor que antes (¡Felicidades!). *2024-10-01, version 3.0.3* La aplicación tenía ciertos problemas con el inicio de sesión, pero eso ha mejorado con la actualización reciente; y creo que el haber agregado autentificación biométrica, como FaceID, fue una excelente decisión. El resto de funcionalidades mantienen su calidad: búsqueda de productos, agregarlos al carrito, pagar con una tarjeta almacenada y confirmación. Oportunidades de mejora: 1. Como cliente con membresía Platinum, me gustaría saber cuántos puntos tengo acumulado con relación al 2% de recompensa anual. También me gustaría saber cuándo vencen dichos puntos. Idealmente, debería poder canjear dichos puntos por medio de comprar realizadas desde la aplicación, pero este es un desarrollo que se puede hacer después de haber implementado primero la consulta y visualización de puntos acumulados. 2. Como cliente que ha realizado una compra que aún está en proceso, me gustaría poder editarla, para poder agregar o quitar productos. Por ejemplo, se me pudo haber olvidado comprar un producto, entonces quisiera poder agregarlo a la orden existente, en lugar de generar otra orden. The app is quite decent though i hope they add at least two things in future : A wishlist to know when a item is back in stock or you can order later in the Future.
