تعريف بالبرنامج ،
المثمن هو برنامج تجريبي يهدف إلى إعطاء قيمة تقريبية لأسعار العقارات.
يقوم على إحتساب القيمة التقديرية وفقا لمجموعة من المحددات والتي يمكن للمستخدم التعديل عليها
ملاحظة : القيمة التقديرية لاتعني بالضرورة القيمة الحقيقة للعقار .

طريقة الإستخدام
١/التثمين برقم عقار ( محدد)
يتيح البرنامج للمستخدم إمكانية التثمين وفقا لرقم العقار الخاص به ( رقم السند)
ويسمح البرنامج بالتعديل على البيانات المدرجة بالمحددات وإستخراج القيمة التقديرية

٢/التثمين ( الإفتراضي)
يتيح للمستخدم إختيار مجموعة من البيانات الإفتراضية وإحتساب القيمة التقديرية للعقار

المزايا الإضافية
١)يمكنك الإطلاع على خريطة العقار من خلال رابط عنواني عند التثمين برقم العقار

٢)يمكن الإطلاع على مخطط بياني لقيمة سعر الفوت التي تم الإحتساب وفقا عليها

٣) يمكن للمستخدم معرفة قيمة رسم  البيع  في حال الرغبة بتنفيذ معاملة بيع عقار بوزارة العدل حيث ان نسبة الرسوم تقدر ب 0.025%
