Bit of nervous about it, as it is showing our delivery point by navigating the map, which is correct? But the address is not specific and we can not edit the address. On the very first day, the delivery boy called me in the early morning for delivery as not getting the exact location. Plz, allow us to edit our customer profile.

Have been a subscriber for past few years . The milk is very good but the app is not at all user friendly. Firstly the delivery / delivered info was color coded and superimposed on dates with very poor contrast . There have been changes to the app which was making  it unresponsive . On complaining, I was asked to delete and reinstall new app . Now unable to log in and despite reaching out to the help line there’s no help except the regular “ we’ll ask tech team to look into it “ 
Would request POC management to look at other such provider apps which are simple and easy to use .

Superb quality of milk. The customer service is probably the best in the world. Mind blowing stuff. However, this entire experience is getting completely spoiled by the unstable app update that has happened a few months ago. Extremely frustrating experience!! The app is not able to login, if it does it throws out a retry error and freezes. Clearing bills is highly unpredictable as the app keeps crashing. It can’t get any worse.

The app needs an update. It should be quicker to arrive at the screen to reschedule the milk deliveries as that is the most used feature of the app. Instead some advertisement with an option to play a video is the first screen that the user is greeted with when he opens the app. Also it takes really long over all to load bill amount due etc. Overall the navigation of the app needs to improve for a better experience.

Please check this and push another update so users can login atleast ! 
Also when a user is signing up why does he have to login again? It's a unnecessary 2 step login process for first time users !!

It’s a poorly designed app. The app is not user friendly. There is no proper link between the items that we order and their reporting in the app. Those products get reported incorrectly. The customer care will have no clue on the app and they say there is a technical issue for any issue we report to them. If you reach out to customer care, they will raise a ticket but there is no way you can track a ticket in the app or anywhere. Some of the products will be out of stock and the customer themselves cancel the order. I will be uninstalling the app once my balance gets empty.

Placed a small subscription to try the service before committing. I get a WhatsApp from someone claiming to have a better offer. If you have an offer why is it not on app and why is it on WhatsApp from an unverifiable number ? I declined. Wanted to try first. And surprise, no delivery on designated date. The same app that shows order details has a Chatbot that says no order on that date. And customer support says check with your family. Not trustworthy first experience. Still waiting for response

Pride of Cows has the worst customer support. I strongly advise against purchasing from them. I canceled my order, and they credited the balance to their wallet. When I requested a refund to my original payment method, it's been over two weeks, and they have still not returned my money. Every time I contact their customer support (which only consists of two agents), they provide the same response: "It's under process." When I asked for an estimated time of arrival (ETA), they couldn't provide one. If you don't want to lose your money, avoid doing business with them. It's better to go with alternatives like Anveshan or Barosi.

Used to be extremely convenient to place orders but with the introduction of this new prepaid model it forces you to prepay and then glitches aster the payment is made and gets stuck on the splash screen asking you to switch to prepaid without any option to close it. You then can’t enter the app experience to modify orders forcing you to call or whatsapp customer support and nullifying the entire point of having an app. Thoroughly frustrating.

This is one of the worst Applications that I have on my phone. They took the payment of the bill twice as the app kept crashing after I entered the CC OTP, and when I asked them to get one of the amount refunded, the customer service guys said just use it against future orders (I think that should be my call) I called them 3 times and all three times I had to kind of fight to put my point forth. Now I get my credit card bill with both charges. 

I have started using Provilac only for the ease of use, it is just easy, I don’t have to call them for anything, even if I want to make changes from alternate day delivery to everyday, it is a click of a button

Pride of cows products are really good but the app has been frustrating ever since it was introduced. Not designed well for those who subscribe intermittently, say, if I need a product alternate days or need them only on weekends then it gets really cumbersome. Most recently I noticed I just can’t get beyond login screen as the keyboard appears on top of ‘send otp’ button. All options suggested by apple doesn’t work for hiding the keyboard (I use iPhone 14 Pro with most recent os update). Also if I go to ‘terms and conditions’ there’s no way to return -except by killing the app.

With full responsibility I would like to review Pride of Cow as the worst mobile app and delivery logistic system for serving Bangalore client .

1. App miscalculated my billing and rather deducted more money than what was billed .

2.Money deducts from wallet for full amount whereas delivery of items don’t happen 

3. Refunds took 20 emails and calls and massive follow up 

4. No timings of delivery the delivery guy can come at 4:30 am till 9 am any time as per their whims and fancies 

5. No coordination between the local logistic teams and central processing team , they don’t know how to coordinate .

Just having good product doesnot make all the difference , you have made me suffer enough through your bad supply chain hence I will be closing your services . I wish I could give zero stars for the app.

I placed order on 31st May. I ordered total 3 items out of which two items was shown delivered on their system and 3rd one was in processing. I never received any on them. I called them messaged them chased them. 
Just got one reply it has been raised already to the team but I didn’t got any update on this. This is so bad. I am calling them and taking updates. I am a blogger. If this is a first experience which you are giving it to me i will certainly give a strong feedback regarding this if anything is not been done or my money is not refunded to me. 
I will never ever order anything from pride of cows from now on. And also I will not suggest anyone to order anything from them 
Truely waste of time and money.

The app has a number right glitches and bugs right from the login page. The customer service is pathetic. I’ve received a message that I’m eligible for a free sample and someone would get in tough with me but it has been over 2 weeks now I haven’t received any response. They don’t even respond back on their social media pages. I think this company is a scam. If this is the service before an order I wonder how bad would it be after I’ve ordered. Without someone contacting me, the page does not allow me to move to the next page. I’d suggest going with some other service.

They keep on upgrading the app for worse, I have been using it for 7 years now and this latest upgrade has removed the feature to update the order.. so i can only cancel or reschedule the order but cannot edit the quantity. Whats wrong with you guys? By forcing me to consume more then i need will eventually make me stop buying only because what shall i do with the extra milk if i do not meed it

Yes, it is slightly on the expensive side, but for the quality and assurance of farm-to-home delivery, it’s worth every rupee.

I’m writing this review after consuming all Pride of Cows products since 10 years and I couldn’t resist to write this review and let everyone know that It’s one of the most natural and healthy products I have ever come across for my family. Fresh milk delivered to our doorstep within 24 hours of milking, the farm visit was so pleasant and cows were kept in the cool shades and ACs. The fodder served to them was high in protein, one MUST see the cows you’ll fall in love with them…

The new interface of app is good, specially for ordering other dairy products which were not available in earlier app. However the delivery postpone facility is not made available in new app which is very inconvenient and may lead many customers to depart from the POC milk.
So request to provide tab for rescheduling next deliveries as available in earlier app.

Mumbai: Been an Amul consumer all my life after the local fairies started mixing what not in the milk. The only time I had fresh milk was whenever I would go to my granny at our native farm house in Rajasthan. That cuz we had our own cows who we loved and cared for and who gave us fresh milk. This is the only time in more than two decades that I’ve had absolutely Delicious, Fresh & Unadultrated cow’s milk. Wish they would also start low fat cow’s milk since I can only taste this milk otherwise and for regular consumption I go to Country Delight’s low fat cow’s milk—which is equally fresh but Pride of Cows is undoubtably tastier.

I was never a milk drinker, but now I look forward to my morning glass of milk. Such pure, sweet taste of milk, hygienic that now I carry a small bottle of milk on my day work trips. My husband looks forward to dunking his bread every morning 

The app based delivery system works very efficiently. 

Wish I could find something similar in Ahmedabad too.

The application is perfect.. Every detail of the order is given properly so one need to keep a track anywhere else.. The payment mode is smooth and the feasibility to change delivery date and easy changes are a plus point!! The product is class apart.. Great going Parag Milks

This is nifty little app, which let you know at a glance your current bill outstanding and your unbilled amounts at a glance through its dashboard feature. You can also schedule your deliveries.
For making bill payments it support the PayUMoney gateway, which is good. However, it would be good to have additional options of e-wallets like PayTm to pay bills.

Please make sure that the notifications display the date along with the time of delivery. Helps us check for delivery update on a particular day. (This is helpful when the notifications haven't been opened daily).
