## What is PriGate?

PriGate is the society management app for gated communities, apartments and housing societies. It is built for residents, security guards and the managing committee.

Approve a visitor before they arrive. Check whether the plumber has left. Raise a complaint about the lift and follow it until it is fixed. Sell the sofa you no longer need. Everything stays inside your own society.

VISITOR MANAGEMENT AND GATE ENTRY
Approve or decline visitors, guests, deliveries, and cabs from your phone. See who is expected, who is inside, and who has left, with the time of every entry.

FOR RESIDENTS AND FAMILIES
Give family members their own access. Keep your daily help and vehicles on record for faster entry. Manage more than one home (flat, villa or office) and switch between them.

DAILY HELP: MAIDS, COOKS, DRIVERS, NANNIES
Find help already working in your society, and see check-in and check-out times for the staff you add.

HELP DESK AND COMPLAINTS
Raise personal or community complaints with a category, location, and photos. Mark urgent issues. Every ticket keeps its number and status.

SOCIETY NOTICES AND COMMUNITY POSTS
Read committee notices in order. Share posts and photos with neighbours.

BUY, SELL AND RENT IN YOUR SOCIETY
List furniture, appliances, vehicles or services in three steps. Find homes to rent or buy from residents.

MAINTENANCE BILLS
See bills, due dates and payment records.

EMERGENCY ALERTS AND DIRECTORY
Alert the guards, your neighbours, or both. Call committee members and emergency contacts in one tap.

FOR SECURITY GUARDS
Start and end shifts, log visitors in and out, check daily help staff, run patrol rounds by scanning checkpoints, and raise emergency alarms to residents.

PRIVACY
Your society's information stays with your society. Neighbours' phone numbers are shared only through the directory, with their consent.

GETTING STARTED
PriGate works with societies that have signed up. Sign in with your mobile number, add your flat, and wait for committee approval. Society not on PriGate yet? Ask your committee to get in touch.
