Only my clothes spined in cold water 😡😡😡 ### 1/5 — Payment is just not good *2020-05-17, version 2.6.2* I have been using this app for 2 years and now they decided to change the payment method to something that is just a mess, it does not even save your data, so you have to input your card details every time... Also it is 2020 not supporting PayPal, Apple Pay, etc... Update: With the new update it is even worse, now I have to input even more stuff on a phone and the fields do not even scale to mobile size... I have to dry it twice and it still comes out wet, costing me almost £20 this is for students why and I paying £20 for my laundry man ### 1/5 — Awful *2024-07-25, version 2.15.1* Hope I never have to be forced to use one of your laundrettes again ### 1/5 — Not a good experience *2022-12-26, version 2.12* This app makes it a chore to do laundry. As it has been pointed many times, there is no way of saving the paying method, or use any other means to pay than using the debit card, so unless you memorise the details, you’ll need to get the card out every time you do the clothes. It doesn’t remember which machine you are using either, so you need to memorise that too. Ah, and every time you want to check how much time for it to finish, you need to go back to the Home Screen or close the app and go to the machine info screen again. Pretty dreadful UX. ### 1/5 — Password reset function does not work beware *2022-08-11, version 2.12* Password reset emails never show up. So if you forgot your password, tough luck better get a new email to sign up with. No obvious way to contact support either. Oh and also no way of figuring out which launderette is actually the closest to your location. So app description is misleading. Very disappointed. ### 1/5 — Worst app and cust service ever *2022-04-13, version 2.11* This is the glitchiest and buggiest app I have ever had the misfortune of needing to use because they thought it would be a good idea to go completely cash free. The app takes the payment but the machines don’t start. There is ZERO response to any customer service and it took me 6 weeks to even get an acknowledging response and a further 3 to get a refund started. The machines themselves have ripped several items of my clothing and they are the only form of laundry in my building so I am forced to use them. Considering the quality of wash you get using these as well the prices are ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever used *2022-03-03, version 2.11* This is so far the most frustrating, counterintuitive, badly designed ( basically put together from existing modules ) app I have ever used. Period . Full of bugs and issues making basic task of washing cloths worst experience of the whole week. It is beyond me that you have to input your card details every time you need to use the service , even tho they harvest all personal data including mobile number during registration. Profile works for the while until suddenly crash and you can’t log in anymore and there is no way to create another because location can’t be set. Obviously you can’t use the same email as password reminder is not sent to your inbox so you need to use another one ( could be lazy buggy design or just another way to harvest more of your data ) the problem is this is the only way to wash my cloths in the building so I have no other choice and forced to use it. Avoid if you can stay away as far from this thing they called app as you can. I would rather allow drunk monkey to do brain surgery while I am fully conscious if I had a choice ### 1/5 — App is buggy as hell *2022-02-22, version 2.11* When I try log in it says “error, type in user name and password “ even though I have. Tried using “forgot password” feature and it didn’t send me an email to change password. (Did this several times) and when trying to create new account it won’t do a drop down list of places available so I physically can’t wash my clothes ### 1/5 — Awful. *2022-02-02, version 2.11* Awful app. It keeps crashing and unable to use. Had to take business elsewhere. Ridiculous! ### 1/5 — Rarely work; terrible service. *2021-08-03, version 2.10* The machines don’t clean well. I booked two machines to wash, called and emailed and was messed about/ignored for over three months. I had to get a refund through my bank.
