No such luck, Prima’s own app is nothing like reading a magazine, more akin to scrolling a website. Same text and pictures but looks completely different. ### 2/5 — Don’t take a break *2025-03-06* I stopped getting Prima very reluctantly a few years t, quite a few because I was on a tight budget but now I’ve come back and things have changed and I’m not sure i like it…how often should you clean door handles? Make a Mother’s Day gift from pine cones ? …what? ### 3/5 — Not as good as it was *2016-12-18* Have had this for at least 2 years and it was great. I got Prima Makes as well as Prima, along with a GH Christmas special and other one offs. It was updated recently and I could only access the 6 most recent issues of Prima. Now I can access the last 12 months but none of the other magazines are there and everything I saved has gone. I want to be able to access all the magazines I've read and saved articles from. How is this an improvement? Also, it kept telling me I wasn't a subscriber when I am. Customer support told me to delete the app and reinstall which didn't solve the problem. Eventually had to find my login details, logout and back in again. Now most times I go back to carry on reading, I have to log out again and log back in. No interactivity, impossible to read on an iPhone and pointless on an iPad. Takes FOREVER to download. It will make me think twice about buying the magazine in the future. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Subscription *2025-09-08* I’m unable to use the telephone so trying to cancel my subscription by email is probably the hardest thing I’ve had to do …ever! The customer service team take an absolute age to respond and their virtual assistant service is hopeless. The only way to do this is to call them, one would assume it’s because they want to talk you out of not cancelling. It’s just been so difficult that I will never again subscribe to anything, particularly a magazine. ### 1/5 — Puzzled! *2025-04-08* I paid for access to the puzzles and a subscription. I no longer have magazine subscription but I only wanted the puzzles anyway. So I was charged twice! I am being told that my subscription does not exist which is untrue and need to pay £4.99. After deleting and reinstalling the app as instructed, I am now being asked to pay £4.99 for back editions! Have been told to uninstall app, change my password etc. Done all of those and still no good. Now no reply after 3 days. Pas de résumé ou d'explications sur les contenus. Dommage ! This application isn't useful because all the content costs money and you'll have to buy magazines to have something to read ! No resume, no explanations...
