Primal 6 covers all the elements to truly improve your health and well being. I was in a bit of a rut, signed up and first up did the primal cleanse . Nearly 14 days down and I’ve learnt new skills changed my eating habits completely and dropped 4 kgs! Brad is always there for support should you have any questions and there is a fantastic tribe to chat with and keep accountability with .
