Primary Health Partners (PHP) is Oklahoma’s largest direct primary care (DPC) medical practice, a subscription based healthcare model that is immediate, thorough, comprehensive, specific, easily affordable, and very, very personal.  We're proud to offer locations in Yukon, Edmond, NW OKC and Moore!
