After entering all info, create button is not active. Must be a bug.

**Developer response:** Hi, thanks for your feedback! We’ve noticed some users have problems creating an account when they go back and switch the spelling of their emails or password. We’re pushing a fix for the issue in our next version.

We can update this thread once the update is approved on the App Store. In the meantime, you can create an account online at https://my.primary.health/sign_up.

(Update) Fixed in v1.1.4 released November 23.
