## Most critical reviews (2 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Needs to be a TOS

*2026-10-03*

Not super comfortable having an app on my phone from an employer without knowing exactly what they have access to on my personal device.

### 5/5 — It’s about time

*2026-10-05*

Huge convenience to be able to see Live Alert numbers at a glance without having to stop and login into Portal. Like any work app, if you’re concerned about privacy, put it on an old phone. Impressed with the functionality so far though.
