Prime Connect is the secure mobile workspace for authorised teams using the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Keep customer conversations moving from anywhere:
• View and reply to customer messages.
• Send approved message templates when appropriate.

• Work alongside your team with internal conversations and assignments.
• Receive notifications for new activity.

Prime Connect is available to organisations with a Prime Connect account. Sign in with your work account or scan the secure QR code from the Prime Connect web console.
