I sent shirts for wash and iron, a suit for dry cleaning and some shoes for a repair. The shoes were not returned and I was told they were delayed despite me needing them for a business trip. Chat service is an AI not that does nothing to resolve the issue and promises an email in 24 hours. The suit was returned damaged due to pressing at too high a heat requiring me to buy a new suit. I have found similar damage to my shirts from my last order still hung in my wardrobe unworn. Will not be using their service again, appalling.

I have sent a load of ironing only: 2 skirts came back folded instead of hang, so creased in the middle. 8 tops, 1 dress, 1 jacked came back creased. Arms of 1 shirt was not ironed at all and the rest were so tightly packed, they require ironing again, it was like someone had a fight with these clothes. I contacted customer service, they gave me an irrelevant excuse "clothes wash at different temperatures so can't get rid all creases" and when I said this answer is completely irrelevant, they ghosted me.

Laundry ruined. There were red stains and washing powder residue and some items unwearable after. Really really bad customer service unfortunately. They don't respond at all - been 7 days and not a word from them. All I'm saying is beware! Edit: eventually after two weeks of messaging them everywhere I got a response. Apparently there’s someone on their Facebook that might respond. They gave a refund in the end. But what an experience, never again. Added one star for the refund.
