AND WANT TOO GET THE CALL OVER WITH. ### 1/5 — Warning- Deceptive Medical Practices *2025-10-24* Prime Medic Australia is a complete scam. I’ve asked multiple times for proper invoices with provider details, but they refuse to give me anything more than a basic payment receipt. This is unacceptable and has caused me serious issues with my health records and insurance. What’s worse, every time I try to resolve it, they tell me “this is not claimable”. Who the hell are they to tell me that? Are they working for Bupa? Are they Bupa representatives? Because they certainly don’t seem qualified to make that call. This isn’t a one-off mistake. It’s happened at least 5 times with the same Indian scammers pretending to be from Prime Medic. They mislead you with fake names and accents, leaving me feeling duped and disrespected every time. Avoid Prime Medic at all costs. They’re scammers and untrustworthy. How rude!!!! *2024-12-28* Not happy at all initially when trying to book the appointment I wrote exactly what I needed to speak to the doctor about. I was phoned by someone to confirm my booking and then I spoke with the doctor all to be told he could not help me as this was not something they did. I have done this kind of thing over the phone with other after hours services and if they could not help why waste the doctors and my own time. Thanks ### 1/5 — Do not download unless u want a headache *2024-12-27, version 4.1.1* Whole thing sounded like medicare fraud and the doctors sound uneducated and ignorant, one of the “doctors” said she will prescribe me medication and never sent the E-script. Could only do it via online chat. The initial chat was closed on me so had to repeat the process. After finally getting it changed to following morning, Doctor never called at specified time or at all. Never heard anything from anyone again. The doctor phoned maybe 2 or 3 minutes after and advised that I would receive both a pathology request via email and a prescription via text. The prescription arrived, however the pathology request didn’t seem to come (was advised this would come via email). Despite not receiving this pathology referral as yet, I am still so very impressed with the service. So thankyou for providing a late night service when doctors are closed and you don’t want to clog up the hospital system. ### 5/5 — Supportive *2026-05-05* I encountered an issue when making the appointment. The CS team rang me and assisted me through the process. I’ve discovered not many services will provide medical clearances for Daycare purposes, but this online clinic does. Now that I have the app it will be easier for me to book an appointment in the future.
