## What is Prime Minister UK Politics Sim?

You're the new UK Prime Minister.
Your inbox is full of crises. Your Whip is worried. PMQs is coming up. The front pages are brutal. Try not to get sacked.

Prime Minister UK Politics Simulator is an offline political strategy game built on a real 650-seat UK Parliament and a national model of 152 live indicators. Eight parties, three difficulty tiers, and every choice you make is logged, weighted and remembered — by the economy, the press, your party and the country.

EVERY DECISION HAS CONSEQUENCES
Reply to a journalist and you've moved approval, party loyalty, integrity and a faction's hostility — usually all four. Promise tax cuts you can't deliver and the deficit comes for you. No filler — every email, interview and despatch-box answer moves the machine.

THE COUNTRY ACTUALLY RESPONDS
Underneath the politics runs a deep simulation of the nation — 152 indicators across 11 domains, from GDP growth, inflation and the bond rating to NHS waiting lists, homes built, small-boat arrivals, child poverty and CO2 emissions. They aren't decoration. Fund the NHS and waiting lists fall; back housebuilding and homes get affordable; let a problem fester and it grows. Thirty-three carry live crisis thresholds that force decisions onto your desk.

A TREASURY THAT BITES
Set budgets across the real fiscal levers. Push tax too far and the Laffer curve pushes back. Read OBR forecasts and manage inflation across fiscal stance, tax, the Bank of England and energy. Lose the markets and the bond rating, deficit and debt come for you.

ELECTION NIGHT, ON A REAL MAP OF BRITAIN
Every general election plays out seat by seat across all 650 constituencies, on a live hex map of the UK. Watch the count roll in at your own pace, with battlegrounds and famous seats called as they declare, pundits running the night, and the majority line creeping closer. Pass electoral reform and the country votes again under proportional representation.

A WORLD THAT MOVES WITHOUT YOU
Beyond Westminster, the world turns. Real global conflicts flare, escalate and drag on — pushing oil prices, driving inflation, and landing hard choices on your desk. Arm a side and you might lose the Commons vote. Abandon an ally and Britain's word counts for less next time. Wreck relations between two rival powers and you can start a war you're not even in.

WHEN NOBODY WINS
A hung parliament isn't game over. As the sitting PM you get first go at forming a government — weigh coalition offers from one party or several, reconcile the bill-maths across your bloc, and rebuild your Cabinet from partner MPs when your ministers lose their seats. Or govern as a minority and gamble on every vote.

MANIFESTO PLEDGES AS A BINDING CONTRACT
Pick your pledges in office. Every bill, budget and project moves them between delivered, in progress and broken. Break them and the opposition cites them at PMQs and the columnists weaponise them. You deliver, defend or pay.

WHEN THE BACK BENCHES TURN
Leadership challenges and no-confidence motions fire when sleaze, broken pledges, low approval or a thin majority push your own MPs to reach for the dagger. A scandal-hit minister can lose their seat and force a by-election that reshapes your majority overnight.

THE GOVERNMENT YOU RUN
Lead eight real parties, each with distinct factions, parliamentary maths and ideological pressure. Appoint a full Cabinet from your real roster of MPs, each with personalities, expertise, scandals and hidden ambitions who'll bargain over the jobs you offer them. Pass bills through a hostile Commons, run the Whip's Office, and field calls from Washington, Brussels, Beijing, Moscow and beyond. Put the great questions to the country in a referendum — Europe, the union, the monarchy — and govern through the aftermath.

OFFLINE-FIRST. NO TIMERS. NO ADS.
Built and updated by a solo developer who reads the reviews — a lot of the game came straight from players.

Free to play your first 8 in-game weeks. Yours forever for one purchase.

### 5/5 — Absolutely brilliant

*2026-08-17*

This is hands down one of the best mobile games I’ve ever played. 100% worth the small fee to access the full game. I love how everything is unique and nothing is repeated apart from a few things which probably have to be such as cabinet meetings etc. I’m liking the new features as well and look forward to seeing what else the developer does! Only suggestion is to perhaps make a variant where you can start as a backbencher and start at the local level - just trying to become an mp first, choosing a party, then constituency, strategising and eventually becoming an mp. Then the journey of rising the ranks but in a way that’s not too boring and still interesting like the current version until you fight for the leadership and then the prime minister’s office. And if you lose have the ability to try and win reelection again.
Also perhaps more info about stats and ways to bring them up or down would be useful. And if full blown war does erupt, have more ability to communicate with both sides.
A US version as president would be cool as well!
But overall fantastic work, thank you very much!!

### 5/5 — Best Mobile Game I’ve Even Played Genuinely!

*2026-08-16*

I downloaded this game because I wanted to chud out and play a free UK political sim game. After downloading I was surprised to see how good it is and the detail and depth. But I was throughly disappointed to realise that rest of the game was locked behind a pay wall of £5-4 ish… BUT what is a rare thing for me to do is I actually payed the £5-4 because It was genuinely really fun and worth it. Apart from that my only other criticism is late game there’s not much variation (or slight lack there of) but I’ve only played from starting from the current climate and gdp etc. I feel late game it’s lacking in features meaning it can get a bit same old but I feel with some calculated upgrades to make it more in-depth would be the icing and sprinkles on the top.

### 5/5 — Future Updates

*2026-08-14*

The game is great there just a few updates I would like to see or add if possible!
-the first one would a war option a general layout for war allowing the country you are running to go to war and actually freeze trade with other country’s and a whole menu for war getting soldiers weapons and a deep affect of what you do maybe such things like taking a main export path over or every striking it there’s endless opportunities for a war section to be added.
-Second would be adding more country’s/ playing as then I think more country’s should be added and allow you to leave European Union or stuff like that and join BRICS or other organizations or even create your own, I would also love to see being able to play as other governments like USA, Iran, North Korea or even be able to do a deep dive and completely alter a government.
-Third and last would be more laws and more in-depth with them like more immigration, or more social bills that can really allow for other activist groups to really play a role maybe starting a more radical party to compete against yours due to many bills and time of those bills, I would also like to see maybe more in-depth options for seeing the effects for the bills and more bills added to this game

Thanks!

**Developer response:** Thank you for such a detailed review, i have noted all of this down and will add these to the roadmap if possible.

### 5/5 — Very in depth but needs improvement

*2026-08-14*

I am really enjoying this game as a political junkie however i think adding a few things such as the prime minister weekly meeting with the king would add a lot more immersion and having to navigate relations with the palace

**Developer response:** thank you for the 5* review, i'll look into this feature request.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2026-08-13*

This game is very good. With just more political content, I think it is a 10/10.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the 5* review

### 4/5 — Game is great but…

*2026-08-10*

Now like the title says it’s great defo one of the best mobile political sim games I have played. However the problem with the game is what most reviewers are saying. There is an issue with recurring prompts that have already been settled. Which played into why I stopped playing the game I just felt like after a little bit it gets a little repetitive. I saw the update you made regarding the wars I’ll pick it up again now. But each term I’d play the peace maker and the next term they have kicked off again. I will defo return to the game soon after a few more updates. But yeah the game is great for 2-4 terms then I just think it gets a bit repetitive. However really great work game is easy to navigate not too distracting and fun.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the review, i am fixing continuity bugs and expanding the content with every update as they come from certain game states with so many interlocking engines. thank you for playing

### 4/5 — Very fun

*2026-08-08*

Very fun game, however I will say that I wish that it was more than 8 weeks free, but the whole experience was good enough to get me to buy it.

**Developer response:** thank you or the review

### 5/5 — Brilliant!

*2026-08-08*

This game is one of the best political simulators around! The way systems are implemented, the timeline of things, it’s brilliant. As someone who absolutely loves politics, it’s addictive, every week something new is there that makes you think things carefully. Normally, with a game like this, you tend to find flaws with it, but I actually can’t find any, and fair play to you )the developer), these kind of games require some crazy level of detail in design. I have a few things just to point out, this is in no way a nag or a dig. When you go on the world, it would be nice if you could directly tell that country to halt attacks, demand a ceasefire or try and start a deal, a bit like Pakistan has tried to do with Iran and the US with the MOU, as at the moment it’s mostly trade deals and condemnation. I genuinely can’t think of any other thing that could be done, this game basically has it all. If there is anyway users can help towards the project I’d be willing to do that, there’s not many games like this, and this is living up to the potential of when I first played it. Keep up the good work mate!

**Developer response:** Thank you for the 5* review, i will look into expanding the conflict discussions

### 5/5 — Brilliant game!

*2026-08-07*

Absolutely brilliant game, loving it! Arguably the best politics simulator out there. And the updates keep coming changing the way you can play the game. Really enjoy the fact you can take control of pretty much every aspect of running a country.
Would love to see the ability to play as the opposition, either before a general election or after losing one. To then play through and perhaps win another election in the future. Even the ability to step down as leader of the party instead of having to call a snap election to end your term.
As well as being able to take some more unique pathing routes. Instead of just getting a proposal to fund something you can follow that as a pathway, such as spaceflight for UKSA, perhaps bills to approve manned flights or funding for lunar missions etc.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the 5* review, your requests have been added to my list

### 5/5 — One of the best politics sim out there

*2026-08-04*

This has to be one of the most detailed British politics sim I’ve ever played. The election system is just phenomenal. Paired with regular free updates that makes the game better each update (unlike most games) you can play for free. I found it’s well worth the price to pay for the full game and the optional expansion to have the best playing experience. It’s also nice to support a developer who clearly has a real passion for the game.
My only improvements would be deeper control of the economy such as inflation reduction policies which i always tend to struggle to keep under control, currency strength, recessions etc. and like many other players request to play as the opposition.
10/10 recommend

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.4.2 — 2026-08-26

2.4.2 — the big fixes update

Black screen fixed. The rare permanent black screen after winning re-election is gone, and if an older save was ever stranded by it, the game now offers to recover your career on launch.

Stuck EU membership repaired. Saves where EU accession finished but membership never arrived now fix themselves: you either become a member properly or the contribution stops. Kate will tell you which.

Back up your career. Settings now lets you export your save as a code and import it on any device.

Your record follows you. Parliament and the press now remember what you actually did. Broker a peace that later collapses, or repeal an act you once championed, and expect to answer for it years later.

A living late game. The world stays quiet for a full year after your last conflict resolves, then new flashpoints, fraying ceasefires and successor disputes keep long careers busy without ever piling on.

Local promises you can actually keep. Promises made on town visits now show exactly what is measured, the target, and the deadline, and Kate reports the outcome either way. You also get more time to deliver.

Also in this update: backing allies with an arms package now genuinely shifts a war's balance, war reports always name the countries involved, repeated headlines and back-to-back scandal stories are gone, a hawk Chancellor can be overruled at a political cost, and dozens of smaller fixes across PMQs, trade and the whip's office.

Thanks to everyone who sent reports — most of this update came directly from them.

### 2.4.1 — 2026-08-19

This update is built on your reports. Thank you for sending them.

• CABINET DECISIONS, PUT RIGHT: Choosing an option in a cabinet meeting no longer shows as "dismissed". The card now confirms the choice you made and shows what your decision did.

• RESHUFFLES REWORKED: The candidate picker now stays with you until your appointment goes through, so a swap can never leave you staring at an unchanged cabinet. Announcing a reshuffle and standing it down without changes no longer costs cabinet loyalty.

• TRADE DEALS, EASIER TO FIND: When you sign a deal, the game now tells you where it lives. Every active deal, promise and standing request is under More, Foreign Affairs, Trade Deals tracker.

• ENDING WARS, EXPLAINED: A new How to Play section covers how conflicts de-escalate and end, so the path to peace is written down instead of guessed at.

• FUEL PRICES, EXPLAINED: A briefing now explains the oil premium when conflict moves the market, and the stat detail names what is driving it.

• ACCESSIBILITY: VoiceOver and TalkBack now read the game's cards properly across the app, and every button stays reachable with a screen reader.

Plus stability improvements under the hood.

Keep the feedback coming. A lot of what you just read started as a player report.

### 2.4 — 2026-08-17

IN THIS UPDATE

- The wealth tax and the education settlement now carry their full recurring effects year on year
- Clearer help screens that describe how the game actually works
- Hundreds of text, grammar and question fixes across the whole game
- Purchase reliability improvements and many bug fixes

### 2.3 — 2026-08-14

Version 2.3.0

Fixes
- Fixed a rare issue where the game could get stuck on a loading or black screen when starting a new term after an election. The game now recovers and resumes your save.
- Smoother, faster election night.

New: bring a war to an end
- You can now steer a world conflict toward peace. Take the peace option in the diplomacy calls that reach your inbox, and press a world leader for a ceasefire directly from the World Leaders screen. Bring a war's intensity down far enough and you can end it.

PMQs and the press
- The opposition now goes after what you actually did: a contentious bill before the House, a Budget that cut a frontline service, a lost Commons vote, or your lobbying decisions.
- Less repetition in the attacks you face, and clearer framing on every question.

Budget
- Opening the Budget no longer changes any tax you did not touch.
- Fixed reactions that misread a tax cut as a tax rise.

Cabinet and delivery
- Cabinet decisions now put real choices in front of you, with consequences.
- Passing a bill can trigger follow up events, and taking credit too early can come back to help or haunt you.

Plus a wide range of writing fixes and smaller improvements across the game.

### 2.2 — 2026-08-06

This update makes the world react to you more — and makes it far clearer why.

Wars can now be ended. Sustained diplomacy can bring the ongoing conflicts to a real, hard-won peace, rather than grinding on forever. Peace is earned over a campaign, and a settled war can still flare up again down the line.

Voters feel real. Every demographic now responds to your actual record instead of drifting to the top. Court a group and they warm to you; push through what they oppose and it genuinely costs you.

Sharper Prime Minister's Questions. The opposition hits closer to home — lost councils, broken pledges, coalition strains, and the crises of the day.

See why things happened. Clearer readouts across the game: a brokered peace lands in your inbox, local election results spell out their real cost, the game-over screen names the reason you actually lost, and the economy screens now show what's driving inflation and debt, plus the deficit as a share of GDP.

A more believable world. Foreign leaders change over time and arrive with a proper briefing, the newspapers stop repeating the same stories, and committing forces to a conflict now goes to a vote in the Commons.

Plus a wide range of stability, balance, and correctness fixes, and a rebuild on the latest technology for smoother, more reliable performance.
Also a fix for players that have got stuck on a screen.
