After coming from using epic, cerner, eCW, and athena net in the past I can say without a doubt that this company is the worst one. Work flow is horrible, lag time, 20 clicks to achieve one thing, system crashes, and poor customer support are rampant. If you are looking for a system to chart on or use in your clinic or hospital system I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. Charting with pen and paper or even rock and chisel would lead to less headaches than this system will cause you and your health system. ### 1/5 — Bad *2023-11-01, version 4.2.5* The app is extremely slo, times out frequently, is limited on things you can do within the app, and most days won't even open and load a note, labs, etc. It's barely worth keeping the app icon which basically is just taking up space on my screen. ### 2/5 — Still in need of many updates *2018-12-27, version 4.2.5* Basically read only- no functionality- which was the plan at Greenway user conference in 2011, so still waiting! ### 1/5 — Please do better *2018-02-20, version 4.2.5* I want you to succeed, seriously I’m cheering you on. But the app remains unusable. If you try to send a task, it usually says it can’t do so. It’s barely functional as a one-way portal, when really you should be going for complete functionality here. The app is unstable, often crashes, sometimes prescriptions don’t get sent to pharmacies, you can’t write any meaningful notes (misc notes don’t count), and honestly the list goes on. Please keep trying to improve and expand the app, it could be so much more. ### 1/5 — Still with so many flaws *2017-08-04, version 4.2.1* Have use this app for a long time and I've been unhappy with it since the beginning. It has improved and I appreciate the ability to document miscellaneous notes and even prescribe medications. However, so many times the app fails to deliver on its basic functions. Either I can't document properly, or when I'm documenting I can't edit the text properly, or it reports multiple errors. Many times it is not allowed me to properly prescribe medications and has on at least two occasions induced errors in the prescriptions. It is unreliable and I am often uncertain as to whether it is worthwhile to continue using it. Unfortunately it is the only option for Primesuite EMR users. With so many better options on the market these days is about time to change EMRs. ### 3/5 — Decent *2017-05-24, version 4.2.1* It's an okay app but has a lot of bugs. Still can't get it to show my patient schedule. Crashes and freezes often. ### 5/5 — Finally what I've been wishing for! *2016-06-08, version 4.2.1* I've gone through at least 2-3 previous versions of the mobile app for PrimeSuite and this version is by far the best! I always wished you could do more with the preview versions (e.g., send prescriptions electronically, look at patient profile photos to remind myself who the patient was, and other things). You can finally do all those things and more with this version! It's not just viewing your schedule or just viewing documents anymore! ### 2/5 — Minimal functionality *2015-12-17, version 4.1.0* Expensive add-on for limited functionality. -Inconsistent pulling of daily schedules -Takes FOREVER to load -Doesn't pull all demographic info, including preferred pharmacy info -Multiple errors in loading documents and updating face sheet and demographics -Unable to view or send tasks -No access to templates for note writing -Infrequent updates, even for bug fixes. Is there any interest whatsoever by Prime Suite/Greenway in making their app better??? Doesn't seem so. C'mon!
