I did a review a few days ago saying that it’s a scam and that now they are blocking my reviews. ### 4/5 — Great pocket money *2026-09-01, version 1.1.93* I used to be able to earn decent pocket money like 8 bucks a week or so not really focused a lot on it. It takes significant amount of time to even earn a dollar now. Not to mention the tip jars where they essentially take your wages most of it when you already make micro money and they want you to give them 50% of your cut afterwards. This is unfair. Not to mention they’re just taking your data for nearly free essentially. There’s also a false advertisement with the surveys, you’ll get a three minute survey that’s actually 15 minutes. Typically I’ll try and finish the survey anyway, just for the sake of, and also if you don’t it lowers the pay sometimes. I’m very disappointed in this company now. If you’re a new user, I would highly suggest you beware and mindful of what I’ve described. ### 2/5 — Do the surveys, don't play the games *2026-08-29, version 1.1.93* It's fine for taking surveys. But Prime Opinion customer support just asks you to wait 24-72 hours, then an additional 24 hours to give extra time, then basically said “too bad— try another offer.” Also, the surveys almost always screen you out. I could only complete two and was screened out of the rest. 2 stars because I was able to cash out easily. ### 4/5 — Much better than expected *2026-08-26, version 1.1.93* I just got the app today, and once you log in you get given 100 points for free (which is $1) I’ve done some surveys and already reached the target to pay out $5. The surveys often take longer than it says, and considering 100 points is $1, you only get about 30 points per survey, so it takes while to reach enough points to cash out. Deleted. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t Play *2026-08-30* I downloaded this to pass some time, in the midst of doing surveys, I was told to download games as well to play for some money, I downloaded Monopoly Bingo via the Prime Opinion page, read the requirements, enable App Tracking and was good to go, played some locations, notice I wasn’t getting credited, okay, reach out via email, was told the provider itself was authenticating the offer (I guess) and was going to take up to 3 days, its day 4 now, and guess what, no credit being awarded, reach back out to Prime, first message got closed immediately with no resolution, okay, message again, now I’m irritated, I’ve played this game for 4 days, mostly because I actually like Monopoly and also b/c while I’m playing, I should get paid as they told me, well, a message came back and said, basically “please allow another 48-72 hours for the provider to authenticate the offer, EXCLUDING weekends, and if no reward is credit, please reach back out and we will MANUALLY view the offer” . . Ok. So now we will await, and they are tracking as well as I am; that this review is contingent based on the resolution if and when it gets handled. . . **Developer response:** Thanks for trying the offer and sharing your experience! Those are obviously paid reviews that are giving it four stars or above. I have been using this for about a month now I have done everything cashed out maybe $5-$10 and then all of a sudden I’m screened out of every survey I would go 10 minutes into a survey and they would scream me out and not give me a reward and then the games you’ll get the first probably two or three rewards and then after that they tell you to wait three business days and then they tell you that there’s nothing they can do because the tracking didn’t go through so it’s all just a scam. I purchased a package twice in order to progress and earn the advertised reward, but on both occasions I did not receive the reward I had worked towards. This is not the first time I have experienced problems like this. What makes it even more frustrating is that the game has now disappeared completely. It leaves me feeling that users are being encouraged to spend money and invest considerable time into these games, only for the game or offer to disappear before they can actually receive the reward. I sincerely hope that is not the intention, but as a customer, that is exactly how it feels when this keeps happening. I have spent both my time and my own money playing these games in good faith, only to be left feeling that I have wasted both. That is incredibly frustrating and very upsetting. As a result, I will not be purchasing anything else through Prime Opinion. I will also be leaving a review to make other users aware of my experience, so they can think carefully before spending their own money on these offers.
