The money you wager doesn’t fully count towards the rollover requirement if your bet makes money. Ridiculous

We’ve put this policy in place to help prevent bonus abuse, since our welcome bonus of 100% up to $250 and 10% on every deposit unfortunately creates quite a few opportunities for misuse. That said, these offers are here to give you extra funds to explore and learn the platform on the house.

Odds are great, customer service has been the friendliest and most helpful I’ve encountered, deposits/withdrawals are seamless. Seem to be the most transparent book I’ve come across. Wish all were like them

The minute you win any amount of money, they completely restrict your account of any promotions or loyalty program. The app is also archaic. If you’re wondering why they went bankrupt, spend a few minutes on the app and you’ll know exactly why.

I had a very frustrating experience with the Prime Sports Sportsbook app. The platform itself is unreliable, with frequent glitches that make it difficult to place bets or access account information. On top of that, their customer service is extremely disappointing—responses are slow, unhelpful, and often fail to resolve even simple issues. To make matters worse, the company appears to be bankrupt, which only adds to concerns about its reliability and trustworthiness. Overall, the combination of a poorly functioning app, ineffective support, and serious financial concerns makes for a negative user experience that I would not recommend.
