Least user friendly sports betting app I have ever touched. Process for withdrawing money is also extremely sketchy, and the people working there are very unprofessional. **Developer response:** Hi, we're sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. The UI and user experience is a little weird sometimes (can’t verify my location, or logs me out sometimes) but I loved the fact that they seemed adamant about the fact that they wouldn’t limit and “Sharp bettors are welcome.” Yet, i’ve been on this platform for 2 months about and have been limited after a net profit of less than 6k. They deem me a “professional bettor” started hiding leagues I was betting on. 6k is absolutely nothing. Removing what I can bet on and what sports I can bet on sound a lot like limiting to me, no? Hmm ### 1/5 — Horrible UI, semi good odds *2025-06-02* One of the worst Sportsbook apps in the market. Don’t let them fool you, it’s atrocious. Horrible login process. Hope you give us another shot! ### 1/5 — Bad *2025-05-30* 1- app is brutal to use. Half the time the bets are not accepted and you must close it out and re-open and try again. Also need to put in a new 5 digit code they text you everytime you want to login. 2- many bets you would see on other sportsbooks are not available, examples include: anytime goalscorers in hockey, 60 minute line in hockey, and limited player props on other sports like basketball. 3- beware of depositing with a credit or debit card as it is a nightmare trying to withdraw your money if you didn’t link your bank account with them and give them your account #, routing #, etc. I tried giving them a chance as I was sick of the huge companies like draftkings and fanduel but sadly had a really bad experience. We have a major update coming that will significantly improve the overall customer experience on the app and desktop. We also have a fix for the 2FA on every log in that is in the final stages of development. While depositing with credit cards is quick and easy, most credit card processors do not allow withdrawals back to the card. I recognize the current solution is a bit chunky and we are working on making this more frictionless. Lastly, our markets are based on overall liquidity. We are constantly looking to add more markets and to increase our offerings in props, but we have to be careful as we are open to everyone, sharps included. As we continue to mature in the NJ market, we will expand. Again I appreciate the feedback and want you to know your concerns do not go unheard. We hope you give us another shot in the future! ### 1/5 — A break down on their loyalty program. *2025-05-06, version 2.3.2* Let me break down their loyalty program, in the simplest terms, to show you just how horrible this bookmaker is. They reach out and offer for you to join their loyalty program for all the great perks that come along with it. In return for joining their loyalty program, they tell you that the odds will have a little more juice. You think, sure, I’ll sacrifice a little juice for the perks of a loyalty program. It takes $10,000 in bets (assuming +100 odds. MUCH more than $10k if betting negative odds) to receive $10 cash back in loyalty points. Here’s the kicker…let’s take a standard point spread for tonight’s NBA action. A ‘loyalty member’ gets Warriors +6.5 @ -109. A standard member gets Warriors +6.5 @ -107. A $10,000 bet for the “loyalty member” would receive a payout of $9,174. A standard member would receive a payout of $9,345. Which means, a loyalty member that’s sacrificing juice for cash back is losing about $171 in value per $10 cash back. This is the only loyalty program I’ve ever come across that actively manipulates and rips off their loyalty members. And to make it even worse, once they trick you into joining their loyalty member, they trap you into a one year commitment. This is the kind of stuff I’d expect from a sketchy offshore bookie. I advise you stay away. ### 1/5 — The worst possible Sportsbook ever *2025-04-25* It’s almost difficult to create an interface as bad as this Sportsbook. It is an atrocity, I get stuck on pages and have to close out of the app, there is no way to go back to home page. No promotions no nothing. This company is a laughing stock. Not to mention they provide horrible prop options and their interface for props is a living nightmare. We have a major upgrade in the works that is expected to arrive shortly. Running promotions parallel to offering reduced juice is a tough market. We do offer various sign-up and reload options, but not to the extent that other books do. We expect to start meeting expectations in both of these areas soon. Hope you give us another chance in the future! ### 2/5 — Odds don’t make up for awful interface *2025-04-06* Having to do two factor authentication every single time I use the app is terrible and completely unnecessary. They claim to be “looking into it,” but it’s been an issue since they opened the app. Besides that, the interface is archaic. One of many examples is how they break up MLB games by AL, NL, and Inter-league play, rather than by start time. Idk if they just didn’t want to pay the money to develop a decently functioning app. Until they make MAJOR improvements, I can’t imagine them being a real player in a highly competitive NJ market. **Developer response:** Hi IpodBuddy, appreciate the feedback. You can’t compare their odds to other sites unless you login. When you try to bet live lines it’s on such a delay you don’t get close to line they show. We’ve put this policy in place to help prevent bonus abuse, since our welcome bonus of 100% up to $250 and 10% on every deposit unfortunately creates quite a few opportunities for misuse. That said, these offers are here to give you extra funds to explore and learn the platform on the house. ### 1/5 — You can’t even get past ‘Terms and Condition’ *2026-06-13* When you login in, a new terms and conditions page appears and there’s no way for you to get past it **Developer response:** Hi dja, we are aware of this error and are actively troubleshooting. The app is also archaic. Please email support@primesports.com detailing the problem and we'll look to resolve. ### 1/5 — Be warned *2026-04-15* I had a very frustrating experience with the Prime Sports Sportsbook app. The platform itself is unreliable, with frequent glitches that make it difficult to place bets or access account information. On top of that, their customer service is extremely disappointing—responses are slow, unhelpful, and often fail to resolve even simple issues. To make matters worse, the company appears to be bankrupt, which only adds to concerns about its reliability and trustworthiness. If there is any questions regarding the bonus please feel free to contact our Customer Service team who will happily talk through the terms. ### 1/5 — Bad App Bankrupt Company *2025-11-25* They claim to be a Sportsbook that doesn’t limit their customers. Well that doesn’t matter when your app doesn’t work and won’t allow you to sign in. App is horrible and company is literally bankrupt (sent an email to customers saying so) and will probably out of business soon given how awful their app and customer service is. Please reach out to support@primesports.com and we'll get you squared away. ### 1/5 — Glitchy App, Greedy sign up bonus *2025-11-03* DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THE SIGN UP BONUS. They match 25% of your first deposit, up to $250 in bonus play. In the fine print it explains that this bonus play is not a 1x play through like every other sportsbook, because winnings do not count towards the play through. You essentially have to keep playing until you’ve “lost” the bonus. Literally every other sportsbook available does not do this, and it’s incredibly greedy for this one to enact such a policy. What’s even worse is YOU CANT WITHDRAW ANYTHING UNTIL IT IS PLAYED THROUGH. Literally any other sportsbook sign up bonus is better than this ones. In regards to the app itself, it is incredibly glitchy. For a full 2 hours I couldn’t place any bets at all, at some point later on the button was just greyed out for no reason. Apple password sign in does not work for some reason. The formatting for listing bets is insane (if you click a certain game and hit say 1st quarter, it displays 1st quarter bets for all games in the league instead of just the one you had selected). I have never used a more greedy and broken sportsbook than this one; avoid it. **Developer response:** Hi Deviboiii, we're sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience using our platform. The sign up bonus is designed to encourage the user to navigate and wager on us. While it is "free money" to play with it is not designed to be played and withdrawn without giving the sportsbook a fair opportunity. The rollover requirement is in place to prevent bonus abuse, once that rollover requirement is met the funds are yours to to withdrawal. -Unfortunately we experienced a period of downtime that was likely the cause of this error. This has since been corrected. -Apple password sign-in is in development, expecting to be released shortly. -When navigating for certain 1st quarter bets, they are itemized for the specific team within the props menu. If you select quarters from the left hand field it will list all quarter props for all events. We're developing a book that is for everyone, sharps and recreational bettors alike. This takes time and, since launch, we've continuously improved, however we still have work to do. While some books you are likely familiar with look to hold between 10%->30%, our model targets around 3-5% which creates a much more symbiotic relationship between the bettor and the book. ### 1/5 — Terrible interface, lack of usability *2025-10-26* This app is horrible when compared to any other Sportsbook app in NJ, I don’t see how they still operate. To start, you can’t login with an email so you need to create and use this random username provided to you that you will 100% forget so every time you login you’ll need to recover it. You can’t make parlays, straight bets only - why?! App is slow to load, tough to use and horribly unfriendly to the user. Betting lines are limited and promos aren’t that good. Overall it’s a good app. Withdrawals are quick and deposits are quick and easy and safe.
