Current promo is 25% deposit match with a 1x playthrough requirement on bonus funds before they can be withdrawn. In practice, the casino imposes additional wagering obligations tied to the bonus funds, effectively creating a much higher play-through. They promote deceptive advertising in a highly regulated industry and encourage individuals to gamble beyond their intended means. They think they are bookmakers but can’t even put up a variety of NASCAR wagers. The app interface is even worse than old school archaic Las Vegas apps. Not worth downloading. I deposited $400 into my Prime Sportsbook account, and the money was immediately withdrawn from my bank—but never showed up in the app. That was days ago. When I contacted customer support, they gave me the runaround, saying it’s “pending” and that they have to speak to a third party. Meanwhile, I’m out $400 with no access to my funds and no clear resolution in sight . They keep assuring me my money is “safe,” but that doesn’t help when I can’t use it, withdraw it, or even see it in my account. This is the worst experience I’ve had with any sportsbook. I expected more from a legal, regulated operator in Ohio. Probably the worst Sportsbook out there. Trash and cheap. I’ve interacted with customer support a couple of times with other sportsbooks that I don’t want to name directly, so as a person I try not to message customer supports often unless I have to. Wasn’t looking forward to doing it, but these guys actually seem on the up and up, they fixed my issue same day and it took like an hour. They’re fair and for people that just want a betting platform where their money goes further, I appreciate that mission. Glad they’re expanding states too or I might have been cooked, but they seem genuinely driven by their mission and they’re making some big moves recently. No other sportsbook is deceiving like these guys (which explains why they are only in New Jersey and Ohio) if you deposit even $100 and click 25% bonus next thing you know they are wanting you to play $1000 worth of sports bets before even cashing out.
